Lana Patel (she/her) is changing the world by sharing her story as an Afro-Indian Caribbean trans woman and first-generation American. Currently, she is the Community Partnerships Manager of Plume, an organisation that offers quality, accessible, and convenient gender-affirming hormone replacement therapy for the transgender community.
